My name is Moa Jonsson, and I am the Store Leader focused on coaching and supporting the team. What I love about my job is the variety and constant learning. Our everyday life consists of helping customers find the right products for both everyday and work life. Cases involve everything from suitable broadband subscriptions, TV packages, the latest mobile phones, to how business customers can set up or improve their phone systems. Telia is at the forefront regarding these services and products, and our employees are experts in customer solutions.

We are looking for someone who loves to build customer relationships, takes initiative, and is driven to find the right solution for each customer - and of course, you enjoy selling (both in-store, via phone & other sales activities). Previous experience in sales and/or service roles is an advantage.
